Provides skill-based swim and water safety instruction to people of all ages. Maintains constant supervision of students to ensure safety. Creates positive, nurturing relationships with students and builds cooperative relationships with parents and caregivers. Promotes and supports the potential of all students in program. Facilitates peer-to-peer connections as part of the overall program experience.

The Childcare Site Supervisor is a vital role in the YMCA Before and After School Care team. The Childcare Site Supervisor will be dedicated to a specific program site location(s) (works with an office in the school) and is responsible for the oversight of the afterschool program in partnership with the collaborating school.
